Pick any day, lets say a tuesday and walk into a breakroom in some of america’s biggest retailers and you will find this person. You know them, you’ve met them, and maybe it is even you. The disgruntled worker is what i call them. You know the one where every day is their last day and nothing is ever good enough. I’ve asked myself why does one bother to come to work if they are so unhappy. It is because they are SCARED. SCARED to try something different. Many animals in the wilderness will make lots of noise when they are scared in order to change the mind of a potential predator. I say quit making all that noise and just say that you are scared.. Without information you can’t make better decisions. Without better decisions you can’t improve your situation. Without a better situation you just sit there…..S-C-A-R-E-D….
